Regulatory officials can easily collect and sort information from certificates submitted electronically by veterinarians. As GlobalVetLink™ distributes real time data to state agencies, the information is pooled into a database so that you can search for only the information that you need.

Decreased Paperwork

In order to avoid filing and sorting, GlobalVetLink packages all state specific imports and exports for the week in a WinZip file for downloading (if desired). Searching database information is also readily available anywhere there is a computer and internet connection.

Animal Traceback

GlobalVetLink actively gathers all pertinent trace back information, including Premises ID and electronic IDs (if applicable). All information entered in the GlobalVetLink database by veterinarians and labs is searchable by state officials, including: Practice Name, Premises ID, Owners Name, Animal ID Information, Certificate Type, Species, Reason for Movement, Date Range of Import/Export.

Weekly Reports

Email notifications are sent weekly to remind state officials to login to GlobalVetLink and review imports and exports. Download the weekly WinZip file or search for a specific certificate to get to the information that you need.
